Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) goes beyond traditional static stretching. It quickly improves function of the brain and body, plus gives hope to those facing pain and stiffness. Good range of motion is necessary in functional strength training and table-based FST is an incredible systems-approach solution
